15 COOL NEW THINGS!
Hello everyone, it’s your buddy John from SCREAMING MONKEY COMICS – coming out to you with the 15 coolest things that rolled into the store in the past week!

Our gem of the week is BATMAN #50 – this was the issue where fans eagerly awaited the marriage of Batman and Catwoman. No spoilers, but things happened and I stopped reading Batman for over a year…but this book stands out because it’s a 1:100 Incentive variant graded at 9.6, and signed by Jim Lee himself!
There’s a few other interesting CGC treasures that’s joining the wall…
• A blank variant of BATMAN / SUPERMAN #1 featuring a full original sketch cover by Stuart Sayger
• And if you’re a fan of Stuart Sayger, you may be familiar with his indy comic SHIVER IN THE DARK. I’d never heard about him until this week, but I don’t have to be a fan of his to appreciate this Kickstarter exclusive cover he illustrated.
But if you’re like me, you prefer the raw comics that you can actually pick up and read….and we have those too…
SAVAGE SHE-HULK #1 is back on the wall
SWAMP THING 37 – The first appearance of John Constantine
AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 42 - It’s a little beat up, but it’s the first appearance of Mary Jane Watson
And of course, THOR 165 – the first appearance of HIM. Seriously, that’s what they called him back in the ‘60s. Just….HIM. Later, he stopped playing the pronoun game and took the name Adam Warlock, which is how we know him today.
There’s a few new games in stock
We have a few copies of POKEMON: FIRST PARTNER ILLUSTRATED COLLECTION SERIES 3
And HEROCLIX: THUNDERBOLTS will be releasing this week too if you want to add some new warriors to your army
