Unfortunately we are having to delay our launch. To keep you updated with the status. We will be cleared to sell within the state of Tennessee shortly.
However when it comes to selling across state lines there are a few more steps since we’re “manufacturing”. Several steps I can take care of in 1-2 days. For example labels with ingredients, manufacturing information, weights, allergens ect. This can will be done tomorrow.
It will take a little longer to create a tracking process. Should any products we use be recalled we need to be able to track the batches. Knowing where those products went and contact customers issue refunds or re cook there orders (their decision). Then finally have the representative from Tennessee Dept of Ag come to the kitchen, watch and approve the process. Making sure we have a safe and hygienic process from start to finish.
I appreciate your understanding during this process. In the meantime I’m working on new flavors to add for y’all!
