Growing up in the projects does one of two things. It either consumes you, or it transforms you.
For Brandon, it became fuel.
Nights filled with uncertainty, hearing gunshots, and not knowing what the next day would bring could have defined his story. Instead, it built grit, resilience, and a mindset that refused to stay stuck.
“Get up, get out, go after it. Don’t let the big companies tell you the big jobs are just for them. They’re for you too.”
In 2022, Beacon Turf was built with a vision that went far beyond money. The focus was simple—create value for people, serve at a high level, and build something meaningful.
What started as $500 jobs quickly turned into projects exceeding $350,000. But the growth wasn’t just in numbers. It was in relationships, trust, and the impact being made in communities across the Southeast.
From residential lawns and playgrounds to large-scale commercial installs, dog runs, and putting greens, the mission has stayed the same.
This has never just been about turf.
It’s about creating spaces where families gather, kids play, and life happens.
