We recently had a photoshoot, and we're so excited to be featured within the local community.

Fun fact about me (Amy) you may not know! I started modeling at age 15 and through the decades, walked for various runway shows for various designers. I am featured in 12 magazines nationally and internationally published (under an alias), as a alternative and pinup model, and I used to visit all the local bookstores and find the magazines I was featured in and sign them. I stopped modeling in my 40s, and jumped right into body building where I trained for seven years and the last four of those years were spent traveling for bodybuilding competitions. In 2018 I won my first OCB pro card as a professional natural bodybuilder.

Even though its been 8 years since my last professional photshoot or runway show it was so much fun to have been back in front of the camera again, very nostalgic. We cannot wait to share the experience with you as it becomes available for sharing.

Thank you Sarah Scott for capturing the moments and of course, Exposure Essence Photography. 📸

We have a local Author spotlight, Jon Wahl. Jon Wahl is a longtime educator and physics professor whose work bridges the world of science and physics with spirituality, psychology, and sacred wisdom. In Conscious Circuit Breakers, he invites readers to explore the connections between quantum physics, shadow work, personal transformation, and spiritual alignment. Blending scientific concepts with ancient teachings and personal insigh, Wahl offers a thought-provoking guide for seekers ready to challenge old patterns, dismantle inherited trauma, scripts, deepen self-awareness, and explore the unseen connections between ourselves and the world around us.

We currently have a few paperback and hardcovers available, and will take requests by phone. We are excited to have his works in 7 Crows.

October 27 begins to weave into the sacred rhythm of Día de los Mu***os (Day of the Dead), a beautiful 7-day Mexican tradition that honors and celebrates loved ones who have passed on.

Each day leading up to November 2nd. Welcomes different souls.

Rather than being of mourning, it's a celebration of life, memory and continuity. It reminds us that love transcends physical death and the bond with our ancestors and loved ones endures. It's a reminder that the soul is eternal and death is a transition, not an end.

Across many paths and cultures, this is a time to honor those who have journeyed before us. The loved ones and the unseen guides who continue to walk beside us in spirit. 💀
