If this floor could speak, it would undoubtedly share a wealth of stories. What has it witnessed through its door? Who has walked across its surface? Who has danced, laughed, and engaged in meetings? What deals have been struck here? According to the books we’ve read, this building was once a hotel. It has hosted countless businesses over the years. I walked across the square to place this wreath… a man walked up to me and said thank you for doing that. He told me a story of his father. I explained the praise is not mine… we have a gentleman who comes in about every 6-8 months to request we place a new wreath in honor of his dad and others who served… what a great community we live in… doing the right things and touching the hearts of so many we don’t even know… that’s God moving… 🙌🏻
