She paid $83… for an old stuffed animal.

Then I read her message. ❤️

A few weeks ago, I sold this vintage plush on Etsy for $44.

The buyer paid another $39 just to have it shipped all the way to Australia.

At first, you might think, “Who would spend $83 on an old stuffed animal?”

Then this message arrived.

Her daughter had one just like it 37 years ago. Time hadn’t been kind to the original, so she wanted to surprise her with one that looked just like the one she remembered.

Suddenly, it wasn’t about a plush anymore.

It was about childhood.
It was about nostalgia.
It was about giving someone a piece of their memories back.

This is one of my favorite parts of reselling.

We spend hours digging through thrift stores, flea markets, garage sales, and the bins looking for things most people overlook. But every once in a while, one of those items finds exactly the person who’s been searching for it.

Sometimes we’re not just selling old toys.

We’re shipping memories across the world. ❤️🌎

Four years. 🤯💛

It’s hard to believe it’s been four years since I nervously hit “Go Live” on my very first Whatnot show.

I’m not a six-figure reseller, and that’s okay.

Whatnot has helped my family through some tough seasons. There have been times when I needed to make money fast to cover bills, and this platform has been there for us over and over again. For that, I’ll always be grateful.

The best part hasn’t even been the sales—it’s been the people. I’ve met so many incredible friends, buyers, and fellow sellers who have made this journey so much more meaningful.

If you’ve been thinking about selling but keep waiting until everything is “perfect,” don’t. My journey started with one show and a whole lot of nerves. You never know where taking that first step might lead.

Thank you to everyone who has bought from me, supported my shows, shared my content, or simply cheered me on over the last four years. It truly means more than you know. ❤️
