Got a visit from some of Murphysboro High School’s art service group after they were out painting the big hill apple in preparation for this year’s Apple Festival.
These kids were out there braving the heat and definitely deserved some air conditioning after doing their creative civic duty.

Am I a farmer? Is this my livestock?
I know a lot of you enjoy watching these little guys and while it’s not yet a livestream, you can enjoy watching a Wednesday feast to tide you over.

In our first family, friendly class at Muddy Roots, we will talk about and imagine what different environments monsters might live in. Then we will get to build our own little mini monster home with the monster you choose to adopt.
Tickets are $25 per family and for an additional $15 you may add another monster home to the family.
