Martin sentenced to death in a unanimous verdict.

GUILTY on all TEN counts!
Today, a Colbert County jury found Brian Martin Guilty of Capital Murder of Sheffield Sgt.Nick Risner.
The jury will decide Martin’s fate on Friday, September 11,2026.
