I'm Purple Rose (Rose Sirianni) and I love to make chocolate candies. As you might have guessed, my favorite color is Purple and combining that with my name and love for making chocolate candy I’ve started my own small business called Purple Rose Chocolatier. My unexpected love affair with chocolate making started over 40 years ago when I split a 10-pound block of milk chocolate with a friend to m

ake my very first peanut butter cups. Fast forward to the last several years when I used
70 pounds of milk chocolate and 15 pounds of dark (semi-sweet) chocolate to make Peanut Butter Cups, Caramel Cups, Caramel Cashew Clusters, Cashew & Dried-Cherry Bark, and Toffee. These chocolates are my annual Christmas gifts for family and friends. Throughout the years, I have made over 40,000 chocolate candies. With the encouragement from many recipients of my chocolate treats and having recently retired, I decided to give selling a try. Making chocolate is my therapy. I hope you enjoy my ‘therapy’ as much as I do!!
