It's a sad thing to see a Texan-owned h**p business having to close due to the unknowns of the three-page executive order by Governor Abbott that will still put 90% of the vape/smoke shops out of business. Unfortunately, the bad actors that are the reason for the ban on disposables, etc., will be the ones that get to stay open. Please go out and support your Texan mom-and-pop shops before buying at a gas station or a chain smoke shop.
