Does your home have that classic Outer Banks orange-toned trim? Maybe even an entire entertainment center built in? If you’ve spent time in some of the older beach houses around OBX, you know exactly the warm, natural tones we’re talking about.

I had the opportunity to spend the evening at Daltile’s Made in the USA event, and it was lovely.

It was great to finally put faces to the names of many of the people I work with on a regular basis, tour the Daltile showroom, and connect with other lovely individuals from across the industry.

Continuing education is one of the best parts of this industry, and I love learning new things. It is especially nice while getting the opportunity to connect with manufacturers, vendors, and fellow professionals. I was able to meet with representatives from Ferguson Home and MAPEI USA, Custom Building Products, and Schluter.

One of the highlights was the Schluter-Systems North America presentation on moisture management in tiled showers.

Thank you to everyone at Daltile for hosting such a well-organized event. The food was excellent, the conversations were lovely, and I left with new knowledge and a few new connections.

Instead of spending valuable time walking clients through flooring and tile options, feel free to send them to the Stellar Tile & Flooring showroom. We'll take the time to help them explore products, answer their questions, and narrow down selections that fit their project, style, and budget.

Once they've made their selections, we'll provide you with all the details you need to keep the project moving. You stay focused on the job while we help create a great experience for your clients.

Our showroom is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, making it easy for your clients to stop in and make their selections. We also understand that not everyone is available during traditional business hours, which is why we're happy to schedule appointments outside of our regular hours whenever possible.

You'll find us in Nags Head, in the shopping center with McGrath's Burger Shack and Grits Grill.

Can you believe we’re already more than halfway through summer? It feels like just yesterday we were kicking off the season, and now it’s flying by.

A little Transformation Tuesday 😁

This bathroom received a complete refresh with timeless marble-look wall tile and a beautiful new floor. The floor tile, along with the mosaic accents, is Happy Floors Soft, a slip-resistant porcelain tile that adds both style and peace of mind. It’s a great choice for bathrooms where you want a clean, modern look without sacrificing safety.

It’s amazing what the right tile can do to completely transform a space.

We hope everyone had a wonderful Fourth of July weekend and a chance to spend some time with family and friends. Most importantly, we hope everyone had a safe and enjoyable holiday.

We're back in the showroom today and open during our normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Happy (Early) Fourth of July from all of us at Stellar Tile & Flooring!

This year is especially meaningful as we approach America’s 250th anniversary. For 250 years, this country has been built on opportunity, resilience, and the hard work of generations who helped shape it into what it is today.

We are grateful to be part of a community where neighbors support one another, small businesses grow, and families create homes they love. Thank you to our customers, contractors, friends, and families for trusting us with your projects.

In observance of Independence Day and the holiday weekend, Stellar Tile & Flooring will be closing at 1:00 PM today and will also be closed on Monday.

It might be the last thing on your mind right now with how hot it’s been lately, but heated floors are one of those upgrades people are really glad they planned ahead for when winter rolls back around.

Just something to keep in your back pocket for cooler weather projects. It’s one of those small comforts that makes a big difference when you need it most.
