To My Amazing Customers, Family, and Friends,

After more than 17 wonderful years of working with you, I am writing to share that I will be retiring as of April 3, 2026. This decision comes with mixed emotions. While I’m excited for the next chapter, I will deeply miss the relationships and trust we’ve built together.

It has been an honor and privilege to work with each of you and get to know you. I’m grateful for your loyalty, kindness, and the many moments we’ve shared over the years. I will truly miss your smiling faces coming through the door and helping you send those special packages to family and friends. You have become like family to me and I have been blessed beyond words. These blessings and memories will stay with me forever.
My plan now is to do some traveling, rest my body, spend more time with family and friends, and catch up on many things I’ve put aside through the years.

To all of employees I have had over the years, I am truly grateful to all of you and want to thank you for all of your help.

I’m pleased to let you know that the new owners are Natasha Manire and Pete Resendez. Natasha will be taking over my role. She is also bringing her mother, Karen, on board and I’m confident you will be in excellent hands.

Thank you again for allowing me to be part of your story and for making my journey so successful. I wish you all continued happiness, success, and prosperity. I hope we can keep in touch and see each other again.

Now I will have time to go to lunch or get together, so give me a call or send me a note.

With warmest regards and heartfelt thanks,

Kathy Hensley
