Sound & Color: A Healing Mandala Experience

Step away from the rush of everyday life and join us for a peaceful, creative experience that brings together the calming vibrations of sound healing and the mindful beauty of mandala painting.

The workshop will begin with a guided sound-healing experience led by Jumana Healing, a certified Sound Healer, Reiki Master, and Holistic Counselor with more than 10 years of experience. The soothing sounds and vibrations of singing bowls and other healing instruments will create a relaxing atmosphere, helping participants slow down, feel present, and prepare their minds for creativity.

Following the sound-healing session, Susmita Mandal of Handmade Art Space will guide participants through the process of painting a beautiful mandala design on a circular wooden board. The design features simple patterns and a limited color palette, making the activity enjoyable and approachable. Participants will have the opportunity to relax, explore color, and create a decorative piece to take home.

No previous painting experience is necessary. This workshop is perfect for anyone looking for a meaningful way to unwind, express their creativity, and enjoy a unique combination of art and sound.
