Dean's Dugout

Dean's Dugout Dean and Marilyn Bapes Dean and Marilyn have been collectors since they were kids. They started doing card shows out of their garage, then set up at card shows.

Born and raised on the South Side, the White Sox were their favorite baseball team. Some of their Sports Heroes are Aparicio, Fox, Landis, Minoso, Mantle, Maris, and football greats like Unitas. They opened their first store in 1991 in Aurora moving to Naperville in 1996. They expanded in 2002 by adding the 4U2Room to accomodate meetings signings, parties, and gaming tournaments.They relocated to

2035 South Washington Street, #155 in Naperville May of 2011. “The Dugout is committed to make your collecting experience a positive, fun time".

8/30th is the date and these events are a blast!!!

Its a TCG based on sport players, turned heroes - very collectable and cool looking cards. Tournament entry is $125 and you get a double mega to build your deck. Tournament is 3 rounds of Swiss format and then final 4 or 8 depending on how many we have! Prizes are two doubles megas for 1st, one for second!
