Welcome to October ( Tin City Waterside Shops)! 🎃🍂 Almost all of our major projects are officially completed, and our waterfront restaurants and shops are open, fully refreshed, and ready for you. While we still have a few finishing touches to wrap up and appreciate your continued patience, we’re moving as fast as we can to make things better than ever. Sure, we might not have crisp falling autumn leaves here in Southwest Florida, but Tin City Waterside Shops remains the ultimate spot for family fun, incredible food, and great vibes as we head into the cooler weather season. Pardon our dust, Tin City family! 🛠️ We’re hard at work freshening things up and resetting some of our favorite spots to make Tin City even greater than before.
While a few stores are closed this week for remodeling—including and for a quick refresh—the vast majority of our shops and restaurants are still open and ready to welcome you! You can still come by for a stroll along the boardwalk and enjoy the waterfront views. Since schedules can vary, we always recommend calling your favorite store ahead of time to double-check their hours before you visit.
Thank you for bearing with us during the construction—we promise it will be well worth it! Come on down, hang out for a walk, and see what’s new. 🌊☀️

(Tin City Waterside Shops) has been around a long time—and these old buildings have a story to tell. 🌴⚓ We’ve weathered plenty of storms over the years, and we’re still here, preserving the history while bringing some fresh new touches to this iconic Naples destination. Exciting improvements are happening in special areas throughout Tin City, including Riverwalk, Pinchers, PURE Florida, and more.

Pardon our dust! 🚧 You may notice quite a bit of construction happening around (Tin City) right now. We’re hard at work making improvements throughout different areas of the property, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding while the work is underway. It’ll be worth it!

Fall prep is officially underway down along the Gordon River, and September refresh mode is on at (Tin City Waterside Shops)!
Every year during September, our retail shops shift to weekday hours of 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday through Thursday. This quieter stretch gives our incredible local businesses the breathing room to freshen up, repaint, restock shelves, and reset their store layouts with brand-new inventory before the seasonal crowds roll into Naples.
Planning a visit? Here is what you need to know:
- Retail Shops: Monday – Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Friday – Saturday: Normal operating hours (10:00 AM – 8:30 PM) Sunday: noon-5PM
- Waterfront Restaurants: Open their normal hours! (Call individual restaurants directly for specific dining times & reservations.)

When the beaches get rained out, our indoor, iconic location is the perfect spot to slow down and wander. Once you’ve built up an appetite, grab a bite at one of several restaurants for some fresh, dockside seafood, wraps and salads to pizza while you watch the rain over the Gordon River.
