Luxury events require luxury investments, and as designers we try to maximize the investments by engineering designs that can transition seamlessly throughout the day or two days of events.
This weeks details:
* For this feature example - not only did they reuse ceremony aisle flowers to become the stage facade flowers, but they reused all of the flowers from their rehearsal dinner at Noelle to become table centerpieces during reception. This involved a dedicated strike and set-up team on both days, and extensive planning ahead of time to ensure we had timelines correct, numbers right, and were accounting for extra blooms to zhush to refresh the arrangements from the Rehearsal Dinner the night before to be looking fresh and renewed for the wedding.
* We often begin from the very first proposal, calculating measurements to ensure the amount of floral down your aisle can be reused to then line your stage facade during the reception, to enjoy them even longer.
* The other side to this is the strike teams that come back, likely for the 2nd or 3rd time that day, to quietly repurpose arrangements and installations to move with you throughout the different areas of the event.
