August is a month that carries a message we can’t afford to ignore.
As we recognize Overdose Awareness and approach International Overdose Awareness Day on August 31st, I want to take a moment to remember the lives lost, the families left behind, and the countless people still fighting their way back to a life they once thought they had lost. 💜
For me, this message is deeply personal.
Halo Missions was created with a mission to support women in recovery—women who are rebuilding, rediscovering themselves, and learning that their past does not have to define their future.
That’s why I chose my Dragonfly guitar string ring for this message. 🦋
The dragonfly represents transformation.
It reminds me that sometimes we have to go through an incredible amount of change before we can finally spread our wings.
And that is what recovery can be.
Transformation.
Strength.
Hope.
A second chance.
