I first became enamored with essential oils when I was working a high stress job as a social worker and would keep a bottle of lavender oil by my desk just to smell when things were chaotic. Over time I've researched the value and effect of many different oils. There is extensive information out there, much of which I find to be true. However, enjoying these products doesn't require subscribing to
