Hazelnut Stracciatella: Roasted hazelnut ice cream with bittersweet chocolaty curls.

Miso Butterscotch Brownie: Dark chocolate brownies in toasted sugar and miso cream. Sweet, barely savory, intensely satisfying.

Pumpkin with Brown Sugar Blondies: Heirloom pumpkin ice cream with warm spices, caramel, and brown sugar blondies.

Pear Frangipane (available only in shops!): Crisp pear and almond ice cream. Nutty and sweet. Simple and perfect.
