Last night, a small fire occurred on the second floor of The Arcade. The damage occurred on the 4th Avenue side. We’re grateful to report that no one was injured, and the situation was quickly handled by emergency responders.

Out of an abundance of caution, some tenants will remain temporarily closed while power is restored and remediation is completed. We will share updates as they become available. Thank you for your patience and support.
