Luxury isn't created during installation—it begins long before the first tile is set. 👌

This recently completed historic renovation is a perfect example of thoughtful design, where timeless character meets modern luxury. Every material was carefully selected to complement the home's architecture while creating a space that feels elevated, intentional, and truly one of a kind.

From the stunning high-end tile work to the beautifully curated hardwood flooring, every detail was chosen to help bring this vision to life. We're proud to have supplied and installed the hardwood and tile materials that helped transform this home into something special. 🎯

It's no surprise this one recently went under contract.

If you're planning a custom home, renovation, or remodel, our team can help you navigate every step of the selection process—from design inspiration and product sourcing to expert installation—creating spaces that are as timeless as they are beautiful.

Honored to be part of a great day on the course supporting an even greater cause. ⛳️

HUGE, Thanks to for putting together an incredible charity golf scramble benefiting Tucker's House — an organization doing meaningful work for families across Middle Tennessee by helping provide critical home modifications for children with disabilities.

We’re grateful for opportunities like this to support our community alongside so many great local businesses and people.

Looking for Luxury❔️
Well, You may be using the wrong supplier for your flooring & tile. ➡️

Luxury doesn’t happen by simply selecting tile — it’s built through intentional design, detailed planning, and precise ex*****on.

These bathroom & shower renderings go far beyond product selection. Every layout, transition, and material choice is mapped out — showing exactly how the finished space will come together before installation ever begins.

At L & L Flooring & Design, we provide more than just materials. We deliver the products, guidance, and visual clarity needed to bring high-level spaces to life — whether you’re building new or renovating.

Because when every detail matters, you shouldn’t be guessing.
