The 2026 Yellow Rose Fiber Adventure is in full swing.

Are you a cat lover and a knitter? Me too! At Knit and Purr, we offer unique and handmade knitting and crochet cases, yarn bags, zipper pouches, large project bags, and many more! Each item is a labor of love, carefully made to fit any crafter’s needs. We also have various cat-related stitch markers and stitch stoppers. In addition to keeping crafters organized, I also foster neonatal kittens for a Texas shelter, hence the name Knit and Purr. We are on online store. Processing times are Monday – Friday, and items are shipped in 1 – 3 days.

Similar to a yarn crawl, the Yellow Rose Fiber Adventure will take you on a fiber adventure throughout Texas. Visit all or some of the stores, farms, and ranches. There will be something for all, crocheters, knitters, weavers, felters, spinners, and rug hookers. If you’re looking for yarn, roving, batts, fleeces, tools, or looking to get fiber animals of your own, then this is the adventure for you. At each stop passport holders will receive a stamp or sticker for their passport, a charm for their bracelet, and a discount on purchases.
