School is back in session and we are excited to begin recognizing educators from all around the community that are making a difference!

Last school year, we started a tradition of recognizing an educator every month from across Natchitoches Parish. Our motto here at Rolling Hills Ministries is “making a difference one person at a time”. From teachers to secretaries to custodians and more—these educators are making a difference in our student’s lives and furthering our community by living out our motto.

Our first nominee for the school year comes from Psalms Christian Academy: Cheryl Powell! 🌟🥳

She has been with Psalms Christian Academy for 4 years and is currently the Athletic Director and teacher for Jr High and High School students. Fellow staff have nominated her for this award because of her non-stop dedication to their students and school! Powell “works around the clock year round making sure all things sports work together flawlessly. She does alot behind the scenes that isn’t noticed but we wouldn't dare want to do it without her.”

Cheryl, thank YOU for making a difference one person at a time! 💛
