Wild that “raising your own kids” has somehow become a controversial opinion.
Wanting to be home with your children used to be normal. Now people act like it’s unrealistic, old-fashioned, or even offensive to say kids need their parents.
Again — this isn’t about judging families doing what they have to do. It’s about questioning why society seems so uncomfortable with mothers wanting to actually be present.
Normalize moms raising their own kids.
