“How do you actually manage everything?”

To put it simply: I hustle like crazy, and I outsource what I can. I obviously can’t do everything myself, so I’ve had to get really intentional about what actually needs my time and what doesn’t.

A few things that help me keep everything moving:
I outsource my own social media (because creating content for everyone else does NOT mean I always want to create my own 😂)

I outsource some of my client filming
I use Rella to keep content organized and scheduled
I have systems and processes in place so things don’t live solely in my head

And with preparing for newborn and new mom life, I’ve been even more intentional about this. Building a business that depends on you doing absolutely everything isn’t sustainable.

But that doesn’t automatically mean it’s going to work for your business.

A website can look great and still leave potential customers wondering:
What exactly do you do?
Is this business the right fit for me?
Can I trust you?
What am I supposed to do next?

If your website isn’t answering those questions, pretty isn’t doing much for you!

A website that actually works takes more than putting a few pages together. It considers your messaging, buyer psychology, SEO, user experience, and how you’re guiding someone from simply visiting your site to actually taking the next step.

That’s the difference between having a website and having a website that’s actually working for you.

Your website can have gorgeous branding, beautiful photos, and all the right design elements… but if someone lands on it and doesn’t what they’re supposed to do next, pretty isn’t doing much for you!

When I build client websites, I consider the entire experience:

Is the messaging clear?
Is the site easy to navigate?
Does it work well on mobile?
Can people actually find you through search?
Does it guide visitors toward booking, buying, or inquiring?

Your website shouldn’t just look good.
It should be your hardest working employee.
