This picture is what $1253.69 worth of dead subscription pull list comics look like to a comic store.

This is what puts ALL local comic stores under financial stress because we have already paid for these items (which are non returnable) and saved them for people who walked into the store and set up a pull list with us and then just disappeared.

We ordered their items, pulled them before they went on sale to the public and kept them every week without asking for a deposit, a credit card to keep on file or asking for prepayment because that’s the service we happily offer.

We held up our end of the bargain but we never received any notification that they wouldn’t hold up theirs, even after multiple e-mails and or phone calls.

This is a few months worth of electricity, phone, internet etc etc.
This keeps stores from ordering new and exciting products.
This is another nice vintage collection that can’t be bought because the money is tied up.

Please remember this when you sign up for a pull list.
Please pick up your items up in a timely manner or
PLEASE cancel your pull list when you have moved on from the hobby.

Behold! We are happy to present our main flyer for the event! Please share with your friends and save the date! May 15th-17th at Central mall Port arthur with 2 costume contests on Saturday and one on Sunday being sponsored by Firehouse subs and Great American cookie!
There will be a lot going on as well, not to mention Free comic books provided by All-star comics (limited quantity) and other special freebies for all attendees!l while supplies last! As they say, the early bird gets the worm!
We will be having our tabletop area for tabletop play (DnD campaigns or other TRRPG), yu-gi-oh tournaments (Edison format), a pokemon tournament (standard block) and a Magic the gathering tournament hosted by Con quest events.
A special appearance by the southeast Texas Ghostbusters with their slime labs, amazing props and lots of more fun for everyone!
