KINFOLKS ANTIQUES, which was established in 1997, is located in a turn-of-the-century farm house at 9334 Main St. This eight-room house (an antique itself) is an antique shopper’s paradise—it has everything from A to Z including a great selection of furniture (oak, mahogany, pine, walnut, metal, etc.) from side boards to kitchen hoosiers to cute vintage benches to metal beds to a variety of small tables. Glassware (carnival, milk glass, depression); pottery (Hull, McCoy, Roseville) and collectibles (bottles, books, toys, figurines) fill the shop. Each room is filled to capacity with great finds and treasures! If you like the country look and feel, you can find primitives, old tools, handmade items, kitchen collectibles, quilts, and linens for your decorating needs. And if you can’t find what you are looking for, then let the owners, Larry and Diane Cario, know and they will find it for you! They believe in customer service and will try to find specific items that aren’t already in stock. The Cario’s pride themselves in carrying authentic antiques and collectibles without all of the reproductions that are being made today.
