Here is a walkthrough of what to expect from start to finish!

Before anyone lifts a mop, a professional cleaner or agency will usually want to do a walkthrough of your home. This can be done in person or sometimes virtually. The goal here is to get an accurate "scope of work." They will check the size of your home, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and discuss your specific needs (like pet hair management or deep cleaning oven interiors).
✨ Step 2: Getting the Quote (Flat Fee vs. Hourly)
Most modern cleaning services will offer a flat fee for your recurring cleanings rather than an hourly rate. This is great for you because you know exactly what you are paying upfront, regardless of how long the cleaners take to make the place sparkle.

When you get your quotes, you will usually see a breakdown based on how often they visit. The general rule of thumb is: the more frequent the visits, the less you pay per individual clean!
Weekly: The lowest price per clean. Best for busy households, busy families, or homes with multiple pets.
Bi-weekly: The most popular option. Keeps your home consistently clean with a great balance of cost and maintenance.
Monthly: Higher price per clean because there is more buildup to tackle each time. Best for low-traffic homes or those who just want a monthly deep-clean reset.
