2016 Miners Dirt Series

2016 Miners Dirt Series Miners Dirt is a series of 3 short track cross country mountain bike races for youth, ages 5-17, designed for a youth workout and first time racing.

This page is to commemorate this series, which ran in 2015 and 2016 but is no longer running. Our mountain bike dirt races were designed for youth who are transitioning from recreation trail rides to racing. Race course(s) distance is (+/-) 2 miles per lap. Each race builds from the previous race. This means each following race is a little more challenging. Rider Race Categories:
3 Laps : Advanced

(Cat A)
2 Laps : Intermediate (Cat B)
1 Lap : Beginner (Cat C)

We acquire a recreational use permit from land users and event insurance to host race venues. Please remember follow trail etiquette on trails and save you race pace for race day. Event details, visit:
