The seasonal herb classes are hands-on and interactive, classroom instruction each class, foraging to learn to identify medicinal herbs and fungi, you will learn techniques for preservation and medicine making, you will have access to many medicinal herbs, students receive a detailed herbal manual that will become a keepsake for you and your family.
