One of the best things about cycling is how adaptable it is to every kind of rider. 🚲

Easy neighborhood rides, long trail adventures, fitness-focused road rides, casual weekend loops with someone you enjoy spending time with.

Helmet fit is one of those things that seems simple but makes a huge difference. 🪖👦

A properly fitted helmet should sit level on the head, about two finger widths above the eyebrows, with straps that form a V just below each ear and a buckle snug under the chin. A helmet that tips back or wobbles around is not doing its job.

With kids especially, it's worth checking the fit every season since they grow faster than you'd expect. 😅
