MOX WEEKLY GAME SPOTLIGHT: KONFLIKT ’47

This week we’re stepping into an alternate 1947 where WWII never ended… and things got WEIRD.

Konflikt ’47 from Warlord Games takes the foundation of the hugely popular Bolt Action and throws open the Rifts. Bringing mechs, monsters, experimental weapons, super-soldiers, and strange new technology onto the battlefield.

If you like historical miniature wargaming but wouldn’t mind adding giant walkers, automated infantry, and all kinds of Weird War insanity, this one is definitely worth checking out.

AND… Konflikt ’47 is now available in store.

We’re excited to add another miniature game to our shelves and hopefully get some battles going on the tables soon. If you already play Bolt Action, some Bolt Action units can even be incorporated into Konflikt ’47 forces.

A New Chapter Begins at Mox Archives and Games

Today we're incredibly proud to unveil the new official logo for Mox Archives and Games!

This beautiful piece was created by local artist Jay Mooers, the creative mind behind the Fae RPG and Fae Courts Miniatures Game. We couldn't have asked for a better artist to help bring our vision to life, and we're beyond grateful for the passion and creativity he poured into every detail.

Our logo isn't just a picture, it's a story.

At its heart is an open book, representing the countless stories waiting to be discovered. From its pages grows a mighty tree, symbolizing the community we've been building together. Every branch represents a different passion, trading cards, tabletop games, books, roleplaying games, miniatures, history, fantasy, sci-fi, and so much more. The ship speaks to adventure, the owl to wisdom, the dice to the games we love, and every small detail reminds us that no matter what kind of geek, gamer, reader, collector, or creator you are... there's a place for you here.

That's what Mox has always been about.

A place where strangers become friends, beginners become lifelong gamers, and every person who walks through our doors is welcomed into the community.

This logo represents not just where we've been, but where we're going.

THE HOBBIT HAS ARRIVED AT MOX!

Magic: The Gathering x The Hobbit products have officially landed! Stop by this friday and check it out before it disappears into the Misty Mountains.

Don’t forget, our MTG x The Hobbit Prerelease is happening THIS FRIDAY! Come crack packs, build your deck, and be among the first to experience the new set.(Deck bldg starts at 6:00PM with first round happening at 7:00ish)

We’ll also have special guest MTG illustrator Raymond Bonilla in the house, signing cards and prints! Bring your favorite pieces featuring his artwork and meet the artist behind them. (Start at 5:30pm)
