Happy Finished Object Friday!
(Community Edition)

baking_mydepressionaway was in the process of crocheting some socks and then something happened….she didn’t like it. A very common occurrence that many of us have experienced. However, she didn’t quit. She was inspired by the Market Bag hanging in the shop and decided to make her own!

The colors are beautiful and she made it completely from her own brain! We love to see this and we are very proud of her for turning a stumble into a functional object!

Happy Finished(ish) Object Friday!!!

I am going to wait until πŸ¦žπŸ’—π•ƒπ• π•π•’ π”Ήπ•šπ•€π•™π• π•‘πŸ’—πŸ¦ž comes and visits to officially call this one finished (and weave in the ends πŸ«ͺ) as this is a special gift for a very special human 🦞 πŸ’—.

This is the Lobster Tank by ~diana~ // knitwear patterns + knitting journal knit up in Cascade Yarns Cotton Sox in the colors Guacamole and Navy.

I was a test knitter for this pattern and was a bad tester because I didn’t finish by the end of the testing period. I’m very sorry Diana πŸ₯Ί.

I have chosen to slightly alter the bottom ribbing and will wait for my lobster grind to try it on to see if my alteration was successful, we shall find out in a few weeks!

Until then you can see this tank displayed in the shop! The all over mosaic garter stitch pattern gives this garments a really unique and satisfying sensory feel so don’t be afraid to touch it!
