IEWC recently cut the ribbon on our expanded manufacturing facility at our world headquarters in New Berlin, Wisconsin. This expansion into control panel manufacturing has added more than 120 new jobs to our team, with more than 100 roles still open. More than half of these positions are based in Wisconsin, strengthening our local workforce and welcoming more people into our award-winning culture.
Our apprenticeship programs, workforce partnerships, and nationally recognized workplace culture have helped create long-term opportunity for Wisconsin workers and their families, and we're proud to continue this momentum.
Thank you to U.S. Congressman Scott Fitzgerald (WI-05), Wisconsin State Representative Dave Maxey (R-New Berlin), MMAC, Waukesha County Business Alliance, WCTC - Waukesha County Technical College, Milwaukee Area Technical College, the City of New Berlin, Education Foundation of New Berlin, Employee-Owned S Corporations of America (ESCA), and everyone who took part in celebrating this exciting milestone at our headquarters.
