🚨 IMPORTANT FIREARM TRANSFER REMINDER 🚨

Did you know Mac’s Hobbies is a Federal Fi****ms Licensee (FFL)? 🇺🇸🔐

If you are selling a firearm and want the peace of mind of knowing the transfer is properly documented and the purchaser is legally eligible to receive the firearm, Mac’s Hobbies can help facilitate the transfer through our FFL.

When an FFL facilitates the transfer, the purchaser completes the required ATF Form 4473, and the applicable federal background-check requirements are followed before the firearm is released.

⚠️ Never knowingly sell or transfer a firearm to someone who is prohibited by law from possessing one.

While Texas generally allows private, in-state firearm sales between two unlicensed individuals without requiring an FFL transfer, using an FFL provides an added layer of protection and documentation for BOTH the seller and purchaser.

🔐 Don't just hand over a firearm and hope everything is okay. Let us help you handle the transfer responsibly.
