Some more work, customer came in with a Suppressor end cap direct thread but wanted to swap out for a recoil end cap for pistol, he ordered it but thread was wrong size for suppressor so custom dabbed a new end cap from Ti 5 to accept his recoil attachment and thread into his suppressor but still allows him to swap to direct thread.

Another one came in lost mag tube plug on a Marlin 336 could not find a new one and Marlin sent the wrong one for a bigger cartridge so custom machined a plug that works.

Two more happy customers customer brought in his Tesa 2011 double stack he built and wanted me to do a little extra work on it, staggered broken dragon scal grip frame texture, Cerakote storm grey, back fill the engraved lettering with USMC Red, and barrel bushing, and guide rod in blackout. Came all the way from Leander. Dropped off another for me to do. Over customer referred by a neighbor for a pin and weld on a Styer barrel hard pinned and laser welded. Both very happy with the work

Well everybody, it has been an incredible journey and I've been so busy with so many projects and work always gets in the way with constant travel, which hopefully this part-time future retirement business goes full time as I've been working on a really unique project for a new friend and customer at 'Land Yacht Fishing Charters' in Port A. He invented a really unique device that will change the revolution of fishing for handicapped people, no matter what their disability is, amputees, upper body immobility, lower body, cancer, disease, you name it is they can crank in one way or another the fight is one with out the undue forces applied of rod and reel. And he can assist without major interference.

He came to me to cut a gear set helical 90 degree but wanted to change ratio and material as 3d printed plastic would strip. I did out of AL Bronze. Then we had to package it so I designed and built the case for it with two revisions the second being a serviceable one then it was cranks as well. Here it is “The Game Changer”. Remote fishing device that attaches to a reel, not electric but manual so you feel the drag and fight. He will be testing the new version out this weekend I hope and hope to get a video in action.

A little 4th axis barrel fluting plus more. A custom R***r No1 barrel with spiral fluting and integrated muzzle break and a custom 24” AR platform 300 WinMag to fit on a Bear Creek AR 8 upper, turned from a straight truck axel barrel. Prepping for cerakote in the morning.

Been hard at it designing and making a dream and reality happen. Manufactured the gears and design/manufactured the housing for Land Yacht Fishing Charters to take to investors for a very life changing chance for those who can’t fish actually fish. Glad to be part of this dream

Between daytime job and being so busy traveling for work not a whole lot of time to post jobs but a set of custom gears ran on the QMC-850 4th axis.

A very old shot gun found inside a tree by a man who milled it at Cape York Far North Queensland.
Thought to have been once left in the fork of the tree and the tree has grown around it over the years!
