When it is Labor Day weekend, Saturday afternoon, you get a text from someone you know that is requesting to review a project for his company, you look at it quickly and he says the stipulation is they need it ASAP like by Wednesday. You agree and say it will not be cheap. You look for material and come back telllmg him
It will almost be impossible to get material and machined by then unless they want to pay more because you find you have some 5” round stock that can make it from the material they want.

What a build. What started out as something simple kept growing. U.S. Manufactured Weatherby Mk V was a 300 WinMag - customer wanted a long action 300 wsm so he could load the 300 wsm super.

Started out with a simple request, then wanted to go long barrel heavy weight but not straight taper then wanted fluting and then integrated muzzle break. Oh burnt bronze cerakote. Ok no issue so far, he brought me the stock, no big deal. I went to take his bottom metal out of the old stock and it bonded in and broke (Aluminum). So I told him I could find a new one and split some of the cost. He agreed. I could not find anything for his particular r***e, so I agreed to make a custom bottom metal PH17-4 ss billet custom designed and fabbed right here. Of course I salvaged the floor plate but had to make a custom catch. All said and done.

"NO WURRIES" Senior‑Sit — a stress-free, home‑style day lounge for old dogs who need extra TLC and a human presence while their people are at work, is opening for OVERNIGHT STAYS 8pm - 8am during fireworks season. This is not a boarding facility, it's a safe-haven for dogs who are fearful of fireworks., so there are no consecutive overnight stays.

Located in The Summit off River Rd, just ME and your dogs. I will be sleeping with them in the lounge to alleviate their fear.

*No Wurries is a SM/online free business. Old school for old dogs and old doglady. (All ages accepted for July fireworks.) Rabies vacc mandatory. No strays, sick or agresssive dogs.
