🧵 **Discontinued Thread Find: Rainbow Gallery Fluffy Fleece**

This may be one of the more unusual finds from our discontinued-thread inventory!

**Rainbow Gallery Fluffy Fleece** is a thick-and-thin, loopy specialty fiber designed to create lots of texture. It’s wonderful for **Santa beards, sheep, animal fur, wild hair, and other areas that should look wonderfully fluffy**. Couch it onto your canvas and let the fiber do the work! 🐑🎅

We have a **variety of Fluffy Fleece colors still in stock**, including several older shades that are becoming especially hard to find.

We also have **one color of Baby Fluffy Fleece — Orange** 🧡, a smaller version of the fiber that would be especially fun for pumpkins, Halloween stitching, animals, or any little detail that needs fuzzy texture.

If an older project calls for Fluffy Fleece—or you love having unusual specialty fibers available for future canvases—this is a good one to grab while you can.

Rainbow Gallery Fancy Fur is a specialty thread with soft, wispy fibers that really come to life in long stitches. Use it for animal fur, feathers, trims, clothing, and other areas where you want texture that stands up off the canvas. Give the finished stitches a little brushing and the fibers fluff up even more!

Fancy Fur works beautifully on 13–18 mesh needlepoint canvas—and unfortunately, it has been discontinued.

We still have remaining Fancy Fur at Golden Needle, but when our stock is gone, we will not be able to get it again.

Rainbow Cashmere is an exceptionally soft fiber that can add beautiful texture to animals, clothing, backgrounds, and other stitched areas where you want a soft, luxurious finish.

Rainbow Cashmere is **no longer included in Rainbow Gallery’s current thread catalog**, and remaining inventory is becoming harder to find.

We uncovered some while working through our older thread inventory at Golden Needle, so if you have a project that calls for it—or you simply want the chance to stitch with cashmere—take a look while we still have it.

📦 Well…our mail carrier has certainly been getting a workout!

Needlework Marketplace purchases and regular orders have been arriving by the box, bag and very determined-looking envelope. Now it’s our turn to get everything entered into the system, stickered and ready for its Golden Needle debut!

We’re working hard to have all these new goodies out for you to shop at the September Stitches Retreat. After the retreat, they’ll be available in the store.

Nordic Gold is a fine metallic thread from Rainbow Gallery that adds sparkle without the heavier look of some metallic fibers. It’s especially useful for highlights, decorative stitches, ornaments, accents, and anywhere you want a touch of shine.

Nordic Gold has been discontinued, and the colors we have at Golden Needle are from our remaining inventory.
