Another beautiful garage floor completed in Del Webb Veramendi here in New Braunfels!

Another beautiful garage floor completed!

Today’s project featured our Domino flake system, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!

One question we get asked all the time is, “How long will my garage be out of service?”

Here’s the good news:

Most garage floors under 900 square feet can be completed in just one day (weather permitting).

Fast doesn’t mean rushed. We still take the time to:
*Properly diamond grind the concrete for the best adhesion.
*Use premium, professional-grade materials.
*Pay attention to every detail.
*Never cut corners or sacrifice quality.

Rain has definitely been keeping us on our toes lately! While we’ve had to postpone many of our outdoor garage, patio, and pool projects, we’ve been staying busy indoors.

This week, we wrapped up a commercial grind and seal concrete floor for CAVA at Creekside in New Braunfels. We love the clean, durable finish that a grind and seal system provides—it’s a great option for high-traffic commercial spaces that need both performance and a professional look.

After a long time in the making, we finally got this garage floor completed yesterday for a wonderful family we first met back in October!

Like many construction projects, especially renovating an older home, there were a lot of moving pieces along the way — permits, scheduling, and waiting on other contractors to wrap up their part before we could come in and do ours. But yesterday, it all came together and we were able to finish their garage floor in the color Creek Bed… and it was worth the wait!

We’re so thankful for customers like this who trust the process and stay patient through all the delays that can come with home projects. They told us we had been patient with them, but truthfully, they were just as patient with us — and we’re grateful we could finally bring their vision to life.

Another Canyon Lake project in the books!

We just finished coating the entire downstairs of this brand-new lakefront townhome in our Anchorage flake system — including the living area, hallway, bedroom, bathroom, and closets.

This homeowner built a beautiful new property on the lake and chose to add the durability, style, and easy maintenance of our flake flooring system before putting it on the market. It’s a great way to make a new space stand out while giving future owners a floor that looks incredible and holds up to everyday life. We’re so thankful she loved it enough to already book us to come back and do the garage next!
