is a deconstruction & re-use non-profit that salvages building materials to resell, while providing entry-level jobs in deconstruction, retail sales, inventory management, virtual sales, & customer service. "To create a more diverse, inclusive community through programs, services and revitalization initiatives which create accessible housing and employment opportunities from resources that support

people with disabilities and vulnerable populations to increase their independence, individual wealth, and overall wellbeing, while encouraging individuals to fully integrate into society." Disability Options Network is a consumer controlled, nonprofit organization in western Pennsylvania. Our Mission is to empower people with disabilities to live as independently as they choose in Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Lawrence, Mercer, and Westmoreland counties. Disability Options Network is a grass roots advocacy organization concentrating on advocacy around disability rights issues, as well as skills training, peer support, transitioning, and information and referral services. We strive to provide independence and empowerment at a systemic level as well as at an individual level and frame the issues as civil rights for all people with disabilities.

🔹 How It Works:
1️⃣ Put on the ring (no smart home setup required!)
2️⃣ Snap magnetic switch covers onto existing wall switches
3️⃣ Point and click, control anything a switch controls!

🔹 About the Pilot:
Lotus was awarded funding through the National Institute on Disability, Independent Living, and Rehabilitation Research (NIDILRR) to run a 4-week pilot beginning Fall 2025. Participants will test the Lotus Ring in their homes to help improve its design.

✅ Eligibility:

Adults 18+ in CA, FL, GA, PA, or Washington D.C.

Individuals with mobility-related disabilities

Participants will receive a $30 gift card for their time!
