Wednesday, September 9 -- Fog will close up for the day at about 5 pm. Yesterday, I put in some orders that will likely be my last REGULAR restock orders, pending Oct. 19th enforcement of the PA law severely limiting our va**ng choices. I'm waiting for answers and clarifications before I decide to continue or not. As of today, though, if you want a juice or disposable that I know will NOT be on the legal-to-sell list (and that is most brands) come Oct. 19th, I will only order with cash prepayment and pickup before mid October. On my orders yesterday, I did my best to restock the juices that many of my regulars buy. Notable exceptions are that I could not get Keep It 100 Blue, Air Factory Unflavored, maybe one or two others that my distributors were just out of.

Changes are coming to va**ng in PA, and they aren't good for me or you. I will post more details next week, but to summarize, in mid-October, MOST of your favorite brands and flavors will no longer be legal for me to sell. As of today, I plan to stay in business with the limited products that will keep me compliant with the law. If you want your favorites, get them now, I may or may not restock them between now and then. In the meantime, just to get rid of some stuff, everything on my "Sale" shelves will be $4.99 each until they're gone, or get thrown in the dumpster the day before enforcement starts. Welcome to PA!
