Please read- important information regarding customs and turn around times, please keep in mind that they are estimated. If you have an event or a set date that needs to be specified at order placement to make sure we can accommodate. Thank you all for your patience as we’ve been working through growing pains this summer. Currently in progress are April/May orders, keep in mind our standard turn around is approximately 12-16 weeks. Guaranteed Christmas delivery orders will be closing 9/1, as we are currently pushing late November/early December turn around ❤️
Hey guys! It’s been a while, and we have so many new people here on the page, so I just want to re-share some important info 🩷
Terms and Conditions-
SHIPPING AND TURNAROUND
In stock ready to ship items are shipped via USPS or UPS within 3-5 business days. All orders are shipped with insurance. Custom items may take up to 12-16 weeks to ship, exact ETA will be provided at your order placement- turn around times are an ESTIMATE not a GUARANTEE, if you have a certain date you are needing your item for, please disclose that at order placement so we can make a note. Please contact us for details regarding custom turnaround times. As a reminder, it is only the 2 of us here at FRF, and sometimes life happens that can’t possibly be taken into account when estimating turn around times. Sickness, emergencies, etc. We personally handle everything from social media, website updates, emails/messages/order placement, to design, fabrication, finishing and coating, and pictures and shipping. As always, if you are curious for an update on an order, reach out via the same point of contact and you will get a response within 24 hours, typically much sooner 🩷 We wish we could have a faster turn around, and have some plans this year to hopefully speed things up. In the meantime, we need to allow time for each order to be properly made with attention to detail and quality- we pride ourselves on everything that leaves our shop.
REFUNDS
Refunds are accepted for ready to ship in stock items within 5 days. Refunds after 5 days will not be honored. A 25% restock fee will apply. You MUST contact us within 5 days of receiving your item. Refunds/Returns/Exchanges on all custom items are not accepted. All sales are FINAL on custom items- custom items can not be re sold, therefore once your design is approved, there can be no changes made. If you reach out prior to your item being designed, we are happy to accommodate design changes.
There are NO refunds on deposits, there are no exceptions. If you cancel your order after placing your deposit, there will be no refund. While there are turn around times on custom orders, we order in the materials for your order right away to ensure availability.
To receive a refund on a stock item, it must be returned in new condition, with tags and cannot be dirty or damaged. They must be in original packaging and also shipped in the original shipping packaging to be eligible for a refund. If improperly packed leading to damage, dirty, damaged due to use, or otherwise not in new condition, the refund will be subject to further fees or possible refusal of return. Shipping fees will not be refunded and buyer is responsible for return shipping. We retain the right to refuse refunds.
Returns after 5 days are at our discretion and only for store credit. No monetary refunds will be issued.
Items damaged by shipping carrier during return shipping will not be refunded. Please make sure you insure your returns.
