As gardening season progresses there are many fruits and vegetables available to fill your freezer or pantry. Even if you don't grow your own garden the farmers markets are in full swing. This is the perfect time to find a local farmer that you can trust. Join me on August 22, 2026 for a food preservation class where we will talk about the different ways to preserve the harvest. We will cover water bath and pressure canning, freezing, dehydrating, pickling, and fermenting. All of the equipment I use will be on display and available for demonstration. Our final day of the 2026 spring season will be this Friday, 6/19, from 10am to 4pm. We still have a selection of high-quality plants, including tomatoes, peppers, and herbs. Although our spring season is concluding, we are excited for our upcoming fall classes and our produce is nearing readiness, starting with pickling cucumbers and red onions. Stay tuned for announcements on class schedules and hours of operation!

We are open today 10-4!

Come discover some unique varieties that are not only fun to grow, but taste amazing too! We have several types of tomatoes and peppers that are colorful and not your usual go to plants. If you like things a little out of the ordinary, come by for a Lemon Drop hot pepper or a Black Strawberry tomato. If your herb garden needs new flavor, try a Cinnamon Basil or maybe some Sweet Marjoram. All herbs are $1!
