Hull's Art Supply

10/09/2026

Proud to share a block with the store that keeps New Haven's artists stocked.

Hull's Art Supply + Framing, 1144 Chapel St

At last weekend's New Haven Chalk Art Festival, more than 60 artists turned Broadway into a gallery, and first place took home a $1,000 gift card to Hull's. Fitting, since Hull's has been on Chapel Street since 1947 and calls itself Connecticut's only full line independent art supply store.

What you'll find:
Paints, brushes, markers and pens
Sketchbooks, journals and paper
Custom framing, done in house, with free design help

One of the spots that make Chapel West worth the walk. Hull's Art Supply
