In 1996, Miss Piggy released a cookbook that included a Lemon Roasted Chicken from her good friend Tim Curry. It's a classy roast chicken.

I add Oregano Olive Oil or Greek Seasoning. And I love the Bruschetta seasoning blend added to veggies served along it.

Besides anything else, Dolly Parton was a great cook. I might add diced apples and white balsamic instead of dijon mustard to this recipe more often than not, but you can't deny that it's a solid chicken salad.
