Due to the unprecedented requests…

APPLE C***R DONUT MACARONS will be on deck tomorrow (Saturday) at noon. We’re completing now the creamy ganache of deep amber caramel (deglazed with apple purée, cinnamon, and Madagascar vanilla bean caviar) and milky Valrhona Opalys ivory chocolate.

Piped onto cinnamon-sugar sprinkled almond macaron shells—your fall favorite macarons are just a day away. See you soon…

The wait is over.

WE’RE BACK AND WE’RE OPEN!

For the past two weeks our doors have been closed while we awaited the arrival of a new air conditioning unit. The eagle landed yesterday and life is good again.

To everyone who checked in on us, called us, sent encouraging messages, and patiently waited—thank you, a thousand times over. We’ve been truly blown away by your sincerity, kindness, and unwavering support. Our gratitude is beyond words.

And timing couldn’t be better.

With temperatures soaring past 100° today, there’s no better excuse to cool off with our very own gelato. Or of course macarons and chocolates—we have insulated bags—so don’t worry! We may not have everything remade yet, but we’re almost there!

We’ve missed you. Come see us. ❤️

Please know that we are so very sorry this happened and deeply disappointed we cannot celebrate this holiday with you. Our sincere appreciation for your patience is beyond words. By all means please stay safe out there and please stay tuned.

Being the father of two loving daughters is, by far, the greatest and most precious role I’ve ever played in this life. It’s an honor and a privilege to be living through the movie of their lives.

To my fellow fathers who find yourselves in this supporting role, I hope you feel the love today. Embrace your child stars and tell them you love them. Tell them you’re sorry for the scenes you wish you had played better and that you’d gladly take a second shot if only you could. Tell them you only want the very best for them. Tell them that their happiness is one of life’s greatest awards you want to see on their mantles.

And when the credits roll, I hope they remember that through every scene, through every triumph and every mistake, they were loved beyond all measure.

S’more Macaron fans come on get happy ‘cause look who’s back to kick off the summer.

House-made marshmallow and creamy smooth chocolate ganache sandwiched between GF toasted almond meringues with a slightly crisp exterior, soft chewy centers.

Feels like summer…
