If you didnt already know, PGH Makers LLC started as KillerKrafts, hocking our strange and silly crafts out in the grass like many of the Makers in the shop.

Its been hard work getting here, but I am so thankful to live a life where I can now slow down when I need to. While Ive been battling severe fatigue these last 2-3 weeks, so we stayed home as much as possible and made this stuff!

Eric tried out making hats for the first time.
My favorite is the Sasquatch one, that he is lovingly calling "Bigfoot Saves Our National Parks"
I spent my resting time making an updated version of last year's skull stuffies.
These ones are a little bigger and have really cool glow-in-the-dark eyes!!!

Sometimes, returning to our roots is the most powerful salve when the world feels too big and out of control.

New Maker and Product Alert!

This isnt as nicely curated as Id like it to be, but Im having a surge of physical, medical symptoms and my energy/focus is taking a hit.
But, I can do a bulk post so Here's a quick drop of everything new from the last 2 weeks.

-Kelly's Thingamajigs & Baubles has a selection of handmade home decor. Check out this super cute Witch Hat centerpiece!
-Mother & Dotter Designs just joined The Makery with a selection of handmade wreaths. The rainbow one on our front door lights up!
-Chic And Shabby Concepts brought in a batch of Spooky Season earrings and these cute little owl and dried flowers decor pieces.
-Ryan Kubicko brought in some new poster prints to go along with their Zines. We really, really like this scenic watercolor one!
-James Joseph Designs and Photography added some state cryptid prints!!
-The sticker wall got a whole slew of new stickers!!!
-Dom brought in two Patchwork Pillows and a couple new resin jars. Super cute for storing your trinkets.
-Amethy, another new Maker, brought in handmade bead bracelets with snarky sayings, and these real cool cigarette holders
-New Maker Dawn set up her display with mixed media mini canvases and coaster sets. (She was also featured earlier in the year for the Artist Scanvenger Hunt. See if you can tell which pieces made a comeback.)

Good Morning New Ken!!!

We've got another high heat day and schools are on early dismissal schedules.
I am one busy mama, juggling the spontaneous schedule changes!
But nothing we can't handle.

Today we are NOT closing early, so get your buns on down to check out all the new Makers and updated stock that hit the shelves this past week.
-Hazy Daisy Boutique gave us a whole new selection of dresses, pants, tops and one pieces to try out. I already snagged up a couple things for myself and am absolutely in love!
-Dominque brought in some new resin items and patchwork pillows!
-Mother & Dotter Designs joined us with a selection of unique wreaths for home decor.
-James Joseph Designs and Photography joined us last week, and brought in a batch of Cryptid Prints!!
-Artisan Epoxy Pittsburhg brought in a bunch of new coasters and decor items, as well as some new super cute end tables!
-Amburger joined us with handmade bead items-saucy bracelts and cigarette holders!
-KillerKrafts put up their first ever line of baseball caps, and made a bunch of glow-in-the-dark skulls for spooky season!

So, so much new stuff this week.
Open 9a-5p Today, 9a-8p Friday and 9a-2p Saturday.

A great BIG Thank You to everyone who came out to make this little popup market worth it!
We took a little bit of every Maker with us and Holy Cows, you guys nearly bought the table out!

*We will also be doing Book Signings with the local authors we carry, so be sure to come by and show your support there as well. Authors are artists too, and they need some love just as much as every other Maker.
