🚨 OUR INVESTMENTS WERE SEIZED THROUGH THE WILL COUNTY PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE, SOLD — AND THEN WE WERE FOUND NOT GUILTY.

Now a Will County judge has ruled that WE ARE ENTITLED TO DAMAGES.

After more than three years of fighting, Judge Jennifer Lynch ruled that the conversion of our seized investment and retirement accounts was “against the practice of the federal government” — and that the assets could have been frozen instead of sold.

Think about that.

Our investments were seized and liquidated before the case was over.

Then we went to trial.

NOT GUILTY.

The remaining charges were dismissed. Our property was ordered returned.

But the investments had already been sold.

Now there will be a hearing to determine the damages.

The judge also wrote that allowing a governmental agency to profit from holding these funds would constitute “undue enrichment” and would be “clearly improper.”

For years, people heard the accusations against us.

Now they deserve to hear what the court is finding.

This fight isn't over.

First came NOT GUILTY.
Now comes ACCOUNTABILITY.
