I made this adorable hat with a pom!
The yarn is Crafter’s Secret in “Pearl Fleck”
I made the pom detachable so it can be removed in order to wash the hat. I’m thinking of maybe doing a craft show in the fall. I’ve never done one and it might be fun! Have you ever done one? Are they enjoyable?

Got more T-shirts gifted to me to make yarn out of by the glorious . This hand crocheted rug is going to be so happy! I’m really blessed by wonderful people. Do any of my crafty peeps make tshirt yarn? What do you make out of it? 🧶

Enjoying a new crochet project! Someone gave me an unwanted tee shirt and commanded that I make yarn out of it, so here we go! A rag rug in the making! I love the idea of an up-cycled project. Have you or anyone in your family ever made one?

My beautiful friend Debbie wrapped up in the cosy afghan I made for her. Bernat Blanket Yarn is so soft and squishy, she sent me a photo of herself cuddling up under it! Making holiday gifts was so rewarding.

Making some cute ear warmers to sell at the Big Easy Animal Shelter sidewalk sale! It’s happening this Sunday in the Marigny on the corner of Spain and Burgundy. All proceeds go to this wonderful, local shelter.

I love finding treasures on Etsy! This is a magic yarn ball from in her fall colors.its so cozy and the autumn jewel tones are beautiful. After a full morning of animal shelter volunteering, I’m sitting by the fire drinking a hot, creamy cup of coffee with my doggies and crocheting this lovely afghan. What a perfect day!
