This year, El Mayor asked us to create a special 6 pc pairing for their Blanco, Reposado, Añejo, and coffee-seasoned-in-the-barrel-reposado Café (🔥☕️🤯🔥), all of which are top-shelf on their own, imho, and they all pair perfectly alongside these fun bon bons, most of which were created especially for them.

El Mayor will be holding all sorts of great events this week (follow the fun at El Mayor ), but, obviously, our highly-biased pick is the Tequila and Chocolate Pairing in The Esplanade room at The Ritz-Carlton this Wednesday from 2-4 PM! We’re so blessed to work with some of the world’s most talented people in our lil culinary capital, and kaitlinguerin may be Kouign-among them (please excuse pastry nerd joke 🤓🥸😅). We thought we missed our chance to brag on playing a small role in this Pain Suisse masterpiece, given how little we post on social media these days (too busy irl🥹), but against all odds, the baddies upstairs are still laminatin their hearts out this first week of July! BUT this particular magic spell won’t last much longer, so you should definitely go sooner than later.
