It is with great sadness that we are saying goodbye to our dear friend Darnell, who after 15 years of deliveries and friendship, is being moved to a different route today by UPS. Darnell is a hero to our neighborhood: he always comes in with a smile, a sunny disposition, and has always gone the extra mile to make sure our stuff makes it directly into our hands. We've always considered him to be part of our team, and looked forward to seeing him every day. We're going to miss him immensely. Much love to you, friend! You're the greatest! Godspeed!

We try to work smarter, not harder, in almost every aspect of our shop, but there are some jobs we just have to muscle through. Maybe someday some AI powered robot will do this for us (and put us out of work), but not today.
